RETURN POLICY Due to the nature of potable drinking water systems, exchanges and refunds are only available on orders in which the product packaging has not been opened. Obviously defective equipment will be replaced. Exchanges and refunds exclude the Shipping Fees, and it is the customer’s responsibility for returning the product upon receiving approval.
